Kamut® Kernals

Kamut® Kernals are much larger than wheat kernals. Their sweet, almost buttery flavour lends itself beautifully to pilafs, soups and salads. 

 

Kamut® Flour

Kamut® Flour can be used in breads, pies, cakes, cookies, muffins, pancakes, waffles, fresh pasta and pizza crusts. It can be easily substitued in any recipe that would use whole grain flour. 

 

Many products can be made from Kamut® brand khorasan. It can be milled into flour, puffed, flaked and sprouted. It is found in many product lines today including baking mixes, cereals, pastas, breads and greens formulations.
